Assessment Data Backup
Question: There have been situations where providers have
lost their database causing undue time spent restoring data.
Who is responsible for backing up this data?
Answer: It is the responsibility of the providers (Nursing
Facilities, Home Health Agencies, IRF PAI and Swing Bed)
to have a regular back up plan for all local assessment
If you need assistance with the back up of your data or
